Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, inside sales, or pipeline generation in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to outbound activity, meeting generation, pipeline creation, and conversion performance
- Strong outbound prospecting experience with the ability to create opportunities from scratch
- Experience working across multiple ICPs, buyer personas, and industry verticals
- Demonstrated business relationship development skills and ability to build a book of business over time

- Create qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and business relationship development across target accounts
- Build account penetration strategies and identify key stakeholders, buying groups, and business needs
- Execute high‑quality outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels
- Personalize messaging based on business context and account research
- Build momentum within accounts through consistent follow‑up and relationship development
- Qualify high‑value inbound leads, campaign responses, and event‑generated contacts
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong handoff
- Support local and national event efforts, including pre‑event outreach, on‑site prospect engagement, and post‑event follow‑up
- Travel 30‑40% of the time for trade shows, customer meetings, and field events
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and track performance against KPIs
- Share market feedback, prospect insights, objections, and competitive intelligence
