Responsibilities

• Investigate deeply client documentation, interviews, and platforms to extract relevant information for projects;
• Analyze market and sector trends and key impact areas of the project;
• Build strategic questions from the core problem, considering different paths and proposing innovative solutions;
• Collaborate with consulting peers, leadership and multidisciplinary teams (media, data, creative, product) to develop integrated, relevant solutions;
• Develop documents, presentations, and structured narratives that translate analysis and recommendations into high-value deliverables;
• Work within a well-defined schedule, considering various KPIs, work fronts and project deliverables;
• Report project progress regularly to internal teams and ensure alignment with the established plan;
• Execute the project agenda together with clients and their teams, promoting continuous alignment and collaboration;
• Act closely with external stakeholders, strengthening client relationships during project execution, with leadership support;
• Participate in workshops, dynamics and brainstorming sessions with clients, actively contributing ideas and perspectives;
• Be present in weekly meetings with clients, supported by the senior team;
• Maintain focus on client satisfaction and delivery quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project stage;
• Constantly seek feedback, learnings and development opportunities, contributing to personal growth within the team.
