- Expertise in chemistry subdomains such as organic, physical, analytical, inorganic, organometallic, biochemistry, nuclear, computational/theoretical, polymer/materials, medicinal, catalysis, surface/colloid chemistry, or drug discovery
- Proficiency in reading and writing English (informal and professional)
- Ability to navigate various information resources, databases, and online resources
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Solid reading comprehension with autonomous judgment
- Strong passion for technological advancements and innovation
- Advanced expertise in chemistry demonstrated by publications, including at least one first‑author paper
- Previous AI tutoring experience
- Teaching experience (professor, teacher, or tutor)
- Experience in technical writing, journalism, or professional writing
