Client Support Specialist – Trustly – Vitória, ES. At Trustly, we’re on a mission to deliver a better way to pay and get paid. The Merchant Operations team is responsible for clarifying, solving and escalating customer (merchant) and end‑user queries or problems. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be a brand ambassador and customer champion. You will support customers across channel types – email, chat/messaging, and phone – and leverage your experience supporting customers across multiple facets, including troubleshooting, educating, owning customer issues end‑to‑end, and answering technical and business/financial questions related to Trustly products, APIs, UI, transaction inquiries, payment status, declines and collections. You will work remotely from any city in Brazil and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
