We’re looking for a talented and passionate Cloud Engineer, to join CAF’s Latin America Team.
As the Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on AWS to meet business and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
- Participate and collaborate with Team Planning of tasks
- Cost Management: Monitor and optimize AWS costs using tools like AWS Cost Explorer and Budgets
- Budgeting: Collaborate with teams to establish and manage budgets for cloud services.
- Cloud Cost Optimization: understand and reduce costs on cloud
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure services
- CI/CD Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CDK.
- Automation: Automate deployment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
