Responsibilities
- Lead our creative team, ensuring projects flow smoothly from brief to delivery and deadlines are met.
- Own the project workflow, managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining communication between clients and internal team.
- Serve as the go-to person for clients, translating vision into actionable tasks and feedback for designers and creatives.
- Steer content strategy for social media channels, planning and designing engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand voice.
- Oversee and occasionally participate in design and build of websites and landing pages on platforms like Squarespace and Hostinger.
- Help shape and define brand identities, voice, communication style, and market positioning to ensure cohesive impact.
