As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post‑sales trusted advisor to national security customers, guiding them from deployment through enablement, renewal, and expansion of Claude products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, build partnerships with customer leaders, support adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on cleared infrastructure, and help drive consumption, value measurement, and strategic insights for Anthropic.

Skills

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a full-scope polygraph
  • Prior experience working with U.S. national security agencies (defense and/or intelligence)
  • Working knowledge of FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation
  • Ability to travel and work onsite frequently at customer facilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan
  • Serve as the primary post‑sales advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinating internally across multiple teams
  • Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure, including managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding
  • Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences
  • Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry
  • Drive consumption and adoption, discover new mission workloads, and document value realized in mission‑outcome terms
  • Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment
  • Identify common adoption and integration patterns and contribute insights back to Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams
  • Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy
