Experience

  • 2-4 years experience in a creative role at a performance agency or DTC brand

Responsibilities

  • Design ads for Instagram and TikTok in static, carousel, and UGC‑style formats
  • Design ads, emails and landing pages in Figma based on brand guidelines and CRO principles
  • Come up with new ad concepts based on performance data, hooks, and scroll behavior
  • Write basic copy for paid ads and headlines when needed
  • Translate creative briefs into fully flight‑ready assets for ad launch
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Media Buyers, and Account Managers on fast‑moving client accounts
  • Edit short‑form video content, primarily UGC ads with captions, hooks, and transitions
