Requirements

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in digital project or experience management, including 2+ years leading a team.

  • Scale delivery operations, workflows, and documentation across a remote‑first environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital Experience Managers, offering feedback, coaching, and career development support.
  • Manage complex digital projects across multiple formats and channels, from scoping and discovery through to final delivery.
  • Drive clarity, consistency, and quality by helping shape and document our digital workflows and delivery best practices.
  • Guide project planning, quoting, and strategy to ensure customers needs are clearly defined and translated into achievable solutions.
  • Participate hands‑on in strategic accounts, owning workstreams and setting a high standard for project leadership.
  • Collaborate across creative, development, and customer teams to deliver integrated solutions across Superside’s digital ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, able to confidently present ideas, align stakeholders, and guide high‑level decision‑making.
  • Identify and resolve delivery challenges across teams, proposing new methodologies and enabling smooth communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, team support, and shared learning through process documentation, retrospectives, and playbooks.
  • Help your team connect Superside’s full-service capabilities to customer needs, identifying opportunities to grow impact.
