We're looking for: A motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience! Our Digital Inside Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our customer experience for both new and existing customers of Zendesk. In the role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer. You will do this by providing several touch points across the customer journey to help them have an informed buying decision. This is a new team at Zendesk, so you will be one of the founding members in what will be a fast-growing area for our business.\n\nIdeal candidates joining our team will bring a consistent track record in achieving targets; Software/SaaS experience is a plus. Travel to a Zendesk office is required throughout training and then will move to a hybrid schedule.\n\nResponsibilities\n- Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through chat and email.\n- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates\n- Become an expert on Zendesk products\n- Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions\n- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity. You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to.\n- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis\n\nRequired\n- Excellent communication skills in English\n- Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk’s global market\n- 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred\n- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes\n- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task

  • 1+ years of sales experience

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English
