Requisitos

Educação

  • Bachelor in Engineering (with active CREA)
  • MBA in Project Management

Experiência

  • Experience in engineering project planning, including industrial construction projects in oil and gas, refinery plants, and thermal power plants
  • Experience with developing physical-financial Curve S and histograms
  • Experience in productivity analysis and KPIs
  • Experience managing planning teams for industrial construction projects

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare the project planning, meeting contractual requirements and budget premises
  • Monitor the activity schedule to ensure project planning compliance
  • Oversee monitoring of engineering and supply phases, managerial schedule, and specification guidance, client needs, aiming for project outcome accuracy
  • Provide project information on measurements, deadlines, activity progress, man-hour estimates, costs, invoicing, resource allocation, and potential issues
  • Collect, track, and communicate weekly project indicators through monthly progress reports, showing physical-financial advancement and corrective/preventive actions
  • Identify risks and impacts and report to involved areas
  • Act as facilitator in planning activities, serving as link between areas, disciplines, and client
  • Participate in final project report, including project data, planned and spent man-hours, services, lessons learned
