Habilidades
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, Materials or related areas
- Solid experience in industrial processes and factory environment
- Advanced English (reading, writing and conversation)
- Knowledge in mechanical manufacturing processes
- Availability to work in person in Camaçari-Ba
Responsabilidades
- Optimize the efficiency of production lines through process improvements, in partnership with the Production area
- Plan and conduct training for line collaborators, supporting efficient labor allocation
- Analyze and address post‑sale complaints, identifying root causes and mitigating process risks
- Develop and implement improvements in assembly processes and methods, together with Quality (IQC) areas
- Evaluate and validate engineering changes and assembly of new components
- Prepare and execute continuous improvement plans based on quality indicators
- Monitor and implement improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and status reporting
- Propose technical solutions to increase productivity, quality and equipment life expectancy
