Educação

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related

Experiência

  • Solid experience developing in .NET/C#
  • Practical knowledge of DataDog APM, Logs, Dashboards, Monitors
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry, DogStatsD
  • Understanding of golden signals in distributed systems
  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-scalable applications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles and software engineering best practices
  • Experience in regulated environments with audit and security focus (PCI-DSS)
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams focusing on product

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services in .NET (C#)
  • Evolve and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring using DataDog and OpenTelemetry
  • Work with golden signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) to standardize service visibility
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for SLI and KPI definition and tracking
  • Investigate incidents and assist root cause analysis using production data
  • Ensure observability practices meet regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS)
  • Automate creation and maintenance of reusable dashboards and alerts
