Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Intelligence Specialist to join the Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security team. The role focuses on enterprise‑level threat assessment, OSINT collection, risk analysis, and briefing stakeholders, while supporting crisis management and operational security. The specialist will conduct investigations, produce intelligence products, and collaborate with internal partners and external intelligence providers.

Requirements

Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience in intelligence, security risk analysis, threat assessment, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience investigating threats and producing finished all-source intelligence in a corporate, government, military, or global security environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, political science, intelligence, psychology, criminology, or a related field
  • Hands‑on investigator role, not managing people or owning the program
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex threat information into clear, actionable guidance
  • Proven ability to brief senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent taskings under tight deadlines with limited supervision
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including periodic after‑hours availability during crises and elevated threat environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an investigator and analyst on the Enterprise Intelligence team, conducting investigations, behavior‑based threat assessments, and producing risk assessments and intel products
  • Work against threat intelligence requirements and priorities set by the team lead, contributing to the team’s production cycle and quality standards
  • Identify, assess, track, and investigate global threats including geopolitical instability, terrorism, crime, activism, nation‑state targeting of the AI sector, and emerging security trends
  • Produce timely threat intelligence products such as risk assessments, threat briefs, travel risk guidance, and executive summaries, translating intelligence into actionable insights for crisis teams and operational security functions
  • Apply the team’s methodologies for intelligence collection, analysis, validation, and dissemination, and uphold production quality standards
  • Provide investigative support to crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity efforts, coordinating inputs during crises to support decision‑making and post‑incident review
  • Brief security leadership and cross‑functional partners with clear, concise, decision‑oriented intelligence; build trusted relationships with Legal, People, Compliance, DnR, SecEng, etc.; support enterprise risk discussions and governance forums
  • Work day‑to‑day with external intelligence providers, industry peers, law enforcement, and government partners; use and evaluate the team’s intelligence vendors, tools, and subscriptions
  • Document work in line with team workflows and quality controls, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and continuous improvement
