  • Basic troubleshooting (printers, network, login, MFA, Intune, VPN)
  • Change management and evidence recording
  • System inventory, audits, and compliance review
  • Reporting on operations and SAP systems
  • Automation with Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell or Python

Responsabilidades

  • Support SAP (MM, FI, HR, TDF)
  • Log, categorize and track SAP ServiceNow tickets
  • Collect evidence, conduct UAT tests and validate fixes with functional consultants
  • Map processes and prepare functional documentation
  • Assist in continuous improvement demands and learn integrations
  • Provide initial support for user queries on corporate systems and Microsoft tools
  • Perform basic troubleshooting (printers, network, login, MFA, Intune, VPN)
  • Prioritize and route tickets to responsible teams
  • Monitor service metrics (SLA, backlog, incidents)
  • Update playbooks, tutorials, responsibility matrices, and system documentation
  • Participate in change management cycle, test and record evidence
  • Support inventory, internal audits, and compliance reviews
  • Produce recurring reports on operation and SAP systems
  • Assist in requirement gathering and project understanding
  • Execute tests, controls and validations during rollouts
  • Create simple automations (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell or Python)
