- Hands‑on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal‑protection contexts, not only corporate/enterprise systems
- Solid program management experience delivering security technology, with understanding of well‑run installs, vendor relationships, and rapid deployment
- Experience building security technology capabilities from zero in a high‑growth environment, including documentation, playbooks, and training
- Full‑lifecycle vendor relationship management: selection, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and renewal
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate technical tradeoffs for diverse audiences
- Comfort operating with moderate ambiguity and making independent decisions when appropriate
- Alignment with Anthropic’s mission and awareness of security considerations in frontier AI systems
Responsibilities
- Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for assigned executive residences (cameras, alarms, access control, sensor networks)
- Own home network design and hardening for executive residences and travel, coordinating with corporate IT/InfoSec standards
- Manage the technology side of travel security: secure communications provisioning, single‑use travel hardware, and rapid‑deployment kits
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for the residential and personal technology stack, installers, monitoring providers, and communications providers
- Maintain system health monitoring, managed maintenance, and as‑built documentation for technology deployed outside the enterprise perimeter
- Own decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change
- Act as first point of contact and triage for executive and family requests involving personal technology and security systems
- Contribute audit‑ready documentation to support regulatory, customer, and partner diligence requests
