Responsável por ajustar, sob orientação, as partes do conjunto das ferramentas de moldes de injeção, manipular ferramentas manuais e/ou operar furadeira para executar furos, roscas e polimento, aferir as partes usinadas e outras atividades similares. O candidato deve ter conhecimentos técnicos em mecânica, eletromecânica, plástico, e ferramentas, além de familiaridade com sistemas SAP e CMF. A função inclui ajuste de moldes, controle de qualidade, documentação de desempenho e manutenção de equipamentos.

Responsabilidades

  • Adjust the parts of the mold tools under supervision, following sketches or instructions received, using manual tools and/or operating a drill to perform holes, threads, and polishing, measuring the machined parts.
  • Use calipers, transfer, thickness gauges and wire gauges to certify precision, solving any irregularities, in collaboration with the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in assembling components of the set, using appropriate tools to perform adjustments and fits, according to the supervisor's instructions.
  • Record and monitor tool performance in the CMF (tool tracking software).
  • Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and general guidelines regarding the activities to be performed.
  • Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results, as described in operational norms, evaluating visually or via measuring equipment, recording results when necessary.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or work area, ensuring they remain in perfect working condition.
