As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to the core development team driving Itemize’s proprietary technology. You’ll build scalable solutions and tools that unlock insights from financial data, owning the full lifecycle of product features—from development to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and ReactJS.

Skills

  • Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB).
  • Experience in an agile/venture environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain NodeJS/ReactJS modules for both client-facing and internal applications.
  • Architect new features using modern libraries and technologies.
  • Enhance our JavaScript-based API platform to support evolving functional requirements.
  • Build highly scalable, fault-tolerant software systems.
  • Continuously improve code quality and eliminate bugs and failure points.
  • Collaborate with Product and InfoScience teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Support Operations and Delivery teams with feature documentation and production issue triage.
