The Fullstack C# .NET Engineer will lead a team of experienced software engineers, mentor junior developers, and architect and implement new React components and frontend applications while ensuring performance, testing, and architectural design. This role requires strong experience in fullstack development, TypeScript, React, C#/.NET, Java, Node, and NoSQL databases, with at least five years of relevant experience and advanced English proficiency for communication with US clients.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack Engineer.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with TypeScript.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with React.
  • 3+ Years of experience working with C# .NET or Java.
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Node.
  • 1+ Years of experience mentoring.
  • Experience with NoSQL Databases (DynamoDB preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of highly experienced Software Engineers as a technical lead.
  • This position will consist of 70% in the code and 30% mentoring other engineers.
  • Guide and mentor team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Architect and implement new React components and frontend applications.
  • Documents architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows within Miro or a similar tool.
  • Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards.
  • Test new applications and services in a variety of environments.
  • Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior.
  • Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Stay on the leading edge of development methodologies, technologies, and Partner with Product and Design counterparts.
  • Work side-by-side with key Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design and build scalable solutions.
