Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute the work plan for the restaurant, determining the positioning of attendants within workstations at the start of operations
- Ensure compliance with and execution of the meat integrity checklist in its entirety
- Open cash registers, load them with the required cash, perform cash drops during the shift, and prepare the financial closing, reconciling cash with the register tapes, settling discrepancies, and depositing the respective amounts in the coffers
- Guarantee the smooth operation of the restaurant regarding customer service, sandwich preparation, restaurant cleaning, use of equipment, and safety standards
- Supervise the receipt of food, packaging, cleaning products, and equipment, evaluating their quality to ensure predefined standards are met
- Ensure all staff during the shift take their breaks within the pre-established schedule
- Maintain inventory safety levels by conducting physical counts, planning, and placing orders with suppliers
