Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute the restaurant's work plan, determining the positioning of attendants within workstations at the beginning of operation
- Responsible for complying with and executing the meat integrity checklist in its entirety
- Open cash registers, load necessary cash, perform cash draws during the shift, and prepare financial close reports, reconciling cash with register tapes, calculating differences and depositing cash in vaults
- Ensure restaurant operation regarding customer service, sandwich preparation, cleanliness, equipment usage, and safety standards
- Supervise receipt of food, packaging, cleaning supplies, and equipment, evaluating quality to meet predefined standards
- Ensure all shift employees take their breaks within established hours
- Maintain stock security levels by physically counting inventory, planning, and placing orders with suppliers
