- Built and led a community or customer advocacy function where community drove retention, adoption, or expansion
- Led and developed a distributed team of program owners and regional leads with commercial impact
- Experience with funnels, segments, and metrics in QBRs
- Connected self‑serve adoption inside large accounts to enterprise expansion
- Ability to manage both technical developer communities and executive buyer communities
- Integrated marketing experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, PMM, Brand, and Communications
- Partnered with Product and Data Science to define usage quality and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and building at speed
Responsibilities
- Own the global community strategy and operating model
- Lead, coach, and scale a global team of program and regional owners; hire and develop talent
- Define the measurement framework with Product and Data Science to track success metrics
- Build community across audiences and seniority levels
- Connect bottom‑up adoption to enterprise expansion through champions, train‑the‑trainer, and partner ecosystem motions
- Bring training, certification, enablement, and community help into a single engine
- Partner with Brand and Comms to maintain sentiment and awareness
- Align community strategy with product direction, launches, and pricing & packaging
