Core responsibilities:

  • Will provide Level 2 and 3 SAP support for Latin America RBLA users, focusing on PP/PM/QM modules - Manufacturing and Quality - in the involved SAP systems.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects.
  • Manage problems, incidents, capacity, availability, service level, and monitor performance and failures.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and operating manuals.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Latin America RBLA users.
  • Implement and maintain SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Monitor system performance and availability to ensure optimal operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requisitos

Educação

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

Experiência

  • Desired experience with SAP R/3 - PP/PM/QM modules - Manufacturing and Quality.
  • Experience in SAP R/3 - PP/PM/QM modules - Manufacturing and Quality.
  • Experience with ABAP programming language for code reading and error analysis.
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Habilidades

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Assertive communication (English + Portuguese + Spanish).
  • Available for domestic and international travel.
  • English - Advanced to fluent level - required
  • Spanish - Advanced level - differential
