Core responsibilities:
- Will provide Level 2 and 3 SAP support for Latin America RBLA users, focusing on PP/PM/QM modules - Manufacturing and Quality - in the involved SAP systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects.
- Manage problems, incidents, capacity, availability, service level, and monitor performance and failures.
- Create and maintain project documentation and operating manuals.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Latin America RBLA users.
- Implement and maintain SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Monitor system performance and availability to ensure optimal operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
