We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic LATAM HR Team in Brazil, supporting our regional talent efforts across Latin America. This is a senior individual contributor role (no direct reports) with a strategic and operational impact across our region: 65% – Talent Acquisition; 35% – Learning & Talent Management.

• Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing to offer) for regional teams recruitment processes located in Brazil. • Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies. • Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. • Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy aiming to ensure a robust TA management in all LATAM Subsidiaries (6 countries). • Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries. • Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development. • Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.

You will also support several HR initiatives related to Talent Management and other tasks aligned with LATAM HR strategy and annual working plan.

We want someone who is more than a recruiter. We are looking for a people strategist with great “hands‑on” spirit and passion for HR, capable of manager multiple priorities and regions with resilience, creativity, and agility.

You should bring: ✔ Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, ideally in multinational or regional environments from similar industries. ✔ A hands‑on and proactive mindset. You don’t wait — you create. ✔ Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. You'll collaborate closely with HR peers across LATAM. ✔ High level of resilience and adaptability in changing and fast-paced environments. ✔ Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus (many of your internal clients will be Spanish‑speaking HR teams). ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, ideally in multinational or regional environments from similar industries.
