- Maintain and improve legal templates and processes, implementing best practices
- Assist in M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations with external counsel
- Support group‑wide matters such as financing, leasing and strategic partnerships
- Develop and roll out internal legal policies and deliver training on key compliance topics
