- Manage and supervise a team of translators across different languages.
- Oversee the translation and localization pipeline for in-game text, UI elements, customer support scripts, marketing materials, and official communications.
- Develop and maintain style guides, glossaries, and terminology databases to ensure consistency across all languages.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including review cycles and proofreading.
- Coordinate with game developers, community managers, and publishing teams to align localization strategy with game updates and releases.
- Evaluate and manage external vendors, freelancers, and translation tools.
- Establish efficient workflows to meet deadlines.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback and training to translators.
- Prepare regular reports on translation progress, quality, and team performance.
