Manager Trainee – Operations is a full‑time role based in a BioLife Center (not remote). Candidates will learn operations management across financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities domains, contribute to production and compliance, and participate in travel to BioLife locations. The role emphasizes supportive teamwork, customer service, and eventual relocation after promotion. The program requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience, supervisory experience, and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Career Growth & Development: The development program lasts approximately 12 months and includes training, 1-to-1 support, and mentorships, with an additional six months to advance into an Assistant Manager position.
  • Learn Operations Management: During the program you will learn the business and industry, and build your skills by contributing to financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
  • Contribute to Creating Life-Changing Medicines: Maintain exceptional quality and service standards, develop skills to meet production and cost goals while ensuring compliance with regulations and BioLife SOPs.
  • Travel Opportunities: Through a comprehensive travel package, visit BioLife locations across the country, building network and learning from team members at different centers.
  • Supportive Teamwork: Foster an inclusive team environment, collaborate and communicate with team members at all levels.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Create a positive donor experience, maintain donor satisfaction, assist with production as needed.
  • Relocation: After completing the program and being promoted into a management position, you will be required to relocate to one of BioLife's locations.
