- Assemble the active part of medium-voltage transformers, installing wooden shims, positioning coils, and securing with cardboard wedges.
- Align plates, tighten bolts with appropriate wrenches, and ensure proper alignment of armatures, connection supports, and trays.
- Isolate wires with creped paper, prepare cables for connection, insert into support holes, and perform wiring of the commutator using brazing or crimping.
- Record transformer data in specific spreadsheets.
- Read and interpret norms, procedures, specifications, drawings, and measurement instruments related to activities.
- Maintain quality control by monitoring inspection frequency and results using visual or measurement equipment.
- Clean and maintain machines, equipment, and work area.
- Perform related tasks such as PEMT operation and other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
