We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Principal Product Manager to shape the future of our sales systems and tools. In this highly autonomous, individual contributor role, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our frontline sales teams including field, administrative, and tele‑sales functions. You’ll take a step back to uncover foundational opportunities that drive long‑term impact across the business. Your work will help unify sales workflows, elevate user experience, and influence how we scale and support sales organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop deep expertise in how frontline sales teams operate by identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and unmet needs through research and partnership
- Create and champion a strategic product vision that aligns user workflows, business goals, and emerging trends in sales operations
- Define mid‑ to long‑term initiatives that improve productivity, scalability, and system usability
- Collaborate with partners in product, engineering, design, data, and sales operations to frame high‑impact problems and explore solutions
- Connect business strategy, user needs, and technical capabilities to influence product direction and priorities
- Advocate for changes across process, technology, and organizational practices that deliver meaningful impact
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success leading strategic product initiatives in complex environments, ideally at the principal level or equivalent
- Ability to think holistically and long‑term, with a focus on solving systemic issues over incremental improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful insights, and use metrics to drive strategic decision
- Experience working in or closely with field sales, tele‑sales, or sales operations organizations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders at all levels
- Strong product intuition, user empathy, and a systems‑thinking mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thriving in a role with high autonomy and broad scope
- English mandatory;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in B2B sales systems, CRM platforms, or internal tools supporting sales teams
- Experience leading discovery and research in enterprise or cross‑functional environments
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, with the ability to collaborate closely with designers to deliver intuitive and effective sales tools.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams and make informed decisions that balance user needs, scalability, and complexity.
- Advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field is a plus—especially if it supports strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and organizational change. Equivalent experience is equally valued.
