  • 8+ years of experience in UX/product design with significant focus on design systems, component libraries, and design operations within enterprise SaaS environments
  • Experience as a systems thinker who understands atomic design principles deeply and has successfully managed design systems at scale

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the design system strategy applying atomic design principles to create scalable, maintainable component libraries
  • Drive design system adoption and excellence by creating comprehensive documentation, establishing usage standards, and implementing quality assurance processes
  • Lead the design-to-code transformation by partnering with development leadership to establish seamless workflows from Figma to production
  • Set design standards and accountability measures by auditing design work, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with UX directors
  • Identify and integrate emerging design trends, evaluate new approaches, and strategically incorporate innovations
  • Facilitate cross‑functional alignment by communicating complex design decisions clearly, training teams on new patterns, and ensuring successful rollout of design system updates across the organization
