  • Optimize existing business system architectures, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to advance technical solution review and implementation
  • Participate in technical decision-making, mitigate risks, and formulate pre-research and reserves plans
  • Define technical development specifications and architecture design standards, promoting team-wide technical standardization
  • Mentor junior engineers in resolving technical challenges
