Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences on different devices, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver a high standard of user-centric design.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, and design seamless user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process.
- Participate in user research and usability testing, integrating user feedback into design improvements.
- Support the maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
- Contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous learning within the design team.
