- Promote design culture within the organization through training and presentations
- Develop technical design competencies by training and providing technical feedback to product designers

- Drive decisions based on customer needs using experimentation, industry reports, metrics and historical product data
- Lead usability improvements by diagnosing and identifying opportunities across digital products

- Develop high‑, medium‑, and low‑fidelity interfaces and prototypes for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring visual and usability best practices
