Responsabilidades

  • Lead discovery, definition, and design of innovative solutions, from opportunity identification to validation and implementation
  • Conduct user research, data analysis, and usability testing to understand user and business needs and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to plan and execute projects, defining scope, priorities, and schedules
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using design tools such as Figma
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprints, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and defend decisions with data and solid arguments
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Track performance metrics and project outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
