Participate in the development and evolution of a digital product portfolio, from conception to post-launch
Become an expert on user pain points and market trends, conducting alignment dynamics, problem exploration, and ideation with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users
Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, record and share learnings for product evolution
Define and manage product metrics and objectives (OKRs) and roadmap
Conduct prioritization ceremonies such as PI planning, release planning with the team and stakeholders
Lead refinements and agile routines with the engineering team
Inspire the development team around product purpose, demonstrating value to the GB ecosystem
Support digital transformation and product management culture within the area
