The Product Manager – Frontline role at AB InBev Growth Group supports delivery and execution across Sales Enablement and Frontline experience teams. The position focuses on scoping, prioritizing, and delivering features to improve productivity, consistency, and experience for internal users in a cross‑functional, collaborative environment. Candidates will work closely with senior PMs, designers, engineers, and go‑to‑market partners to drive product initiatives across multiple tools and workflows.

Requirements

Education

  • University degree in any area

Experience

  • Experience as a product manager working in cross‑functional software teams
  • Experience working on internal tools or platforms, especially for sales or frontline teams
  • Experience working in sales enablement platforms, CRMs, or customer success tooling
  • Experience with product delivery processes (e.g., agile, sprint planning, release coordination)

Skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support shared goals across multiple teams
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with defined requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of day‑to‑day execution
  • Comfort working on internal‑facing tools and balancing user needs with technical constraints
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to product delivery processes (e.g., agile, sprint planning, release coordination)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of product initiatives across multiple Sales Enablement tools and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify scope, define requirements, and drive execution
  • Help manage dependencies across related product areas to ensure smooth delivery
  • Gather feedback and context from internal users to inform feature development
  • Write clear product specs, coordinate timelines, and track progress toward milestones
  • Participate in team rituals and help maintain high delivery standards across squads
  • Communicate updates and risks to relevant stakeholders with clarity and structure
