- Knowledge of financial products, especially related to payment solutions (TED/DOC, boletos, digital wallets, acquisition, subscription, split payments, agreements).

Responsabilidades
- Lead product discovery, analyzing root causes of user pain points, generating hypotheses, validating ideas to ensure solutions meet cooperados needs, steering product development toward desired results and removing obstacles.
- Lead agile teams, ensuring efficient deliveries aligned with cooperados expectations.
- Define and monitor product metrics and data analysis for evidence-based decision making.
- Monitor market, regulatory, and technological trends to keep products competitive.
- Ensure compliance with BACEN regulations and other regulatory bodies.
- Act in integration of APIs and new partners to expand services offering.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria.
- Talk with users, stakeholders and the team to adjust priorities and features as necessary.
- Perform benchmarking, tracking market and competition trends to propose creation and improvements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, understanding difficulties, defining strategies, and delivering product value and prioritization.
- Serve as bridge between business, technology and design, balancing development of digital products.
- Ensure Product Backlog is visible, transparent, clear for everyone.
- Participate in homologations, validating implemented solutions and ensuring expected value delivery.
- Create and maintain product documentation.
- Participate in fronts that contribute to professional growth and disseminate knowledge among team members.
