Responsibilities
- Work closely with the primary Product Manager to shape and update short and long-term product roadmaps.
- Scope and define product backlog items aligned with priorities and strategic goals.
- Groom and maintain the backlog with the development team.
- Manage the development process across UX/UI, frontend, backend, and QA teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery of features, updates, and improvements.
- Coordinate information flow between stakeholders and schedule necessary meetings.
- Oversee product performance metrics and incorporate feedback into roadmap planning.
