Como Product VP, você liderará a estratégia e gestão de portfólio de produtos digitais, colaborando com as áreas de Comercial, Engenharia, Design e demais stakeholders para impulsionar crescimento e inovação.

Requisitos

Educação

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields
  • Post-graduate degree or MBA preferred

Experiência

  • Senior-level experience managing digital products at scale or high-volume marketplaces
  • Experience with online and direct sales models (inside sales / field) with deep understanding of B2B funnel, pricing, and commercial dynamics
  • Experience in portfolio management of products using prioritization frameworks such as RICE, WSJF, OKRs
  • Experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery
  • Strong history of managing senior leaders, orchestrating executive teams

Responsabilidades

  • Develop product strategy and manage portfolio across real estate ecosystem (Zap, Viva Real, OLX Imóveis) balancing B2C and B2B value.
  • Strategically manage portfolio combining innovation and growth with mature product evolution to drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Act as main liaison between Product, Commercial, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and synergy.
  • Ensure product strategy drives online and direct sales model outcomes, strengthening collaboration and influence at all levels.
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions across product lifecycle.
  • Foster continuous innovation, improving B2C and B2B user experience with measurable value focus.
  • Manage budget, resources, compliance, data security, and operational sustainability.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior leaders and PMs, promoting high-performance culture, autonomy, and business impact.
