Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients — building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring flawless delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones and deliverables on time.
- Define project plans, schedules, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
