Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients — building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring flawless delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones and deliverables on time.
- Define project plans, schedules, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize client value.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Support and coach project team members, ensuring alignment with goals and high-quality results.
