Responsibilities

  • Receive and analyze project information from sales team for RFPs
  • Source pricing for all required materials and components from marketplaces and vendors
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate pricing spreadsheets for proposals
  • Execute all purchasing of supplies, materials, and components necessary for business operations and production
  • Negotiate rates and submit purchase orders to vendors
  • Source and onboard new vendors, building and maintaining a centralized database of pricing
  • Care deeply about the client's product, striving to get them the best product possible
  • Proactively track all shipments and communicate estimated times of arrival for purchased materials and supplies
