Anthropic is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with GTM leaders to hire the people who will shape how Anthropic operates, grows, and delivers on its mission. This role requires someone who can assess not just functional expertise, but also alignment with our values and the adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM functions
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and helping hiring teams build structure and excellent recruiting practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Comfortable analyzing recruiting data and connecting key metrics to monitor recruiting health
  • Passionate about AI’s potential to positively impact the world while understanding its risks and limitations
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end recruiting for GTM roles
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, including competitive mapping, targeted sourcing, and building long-term talent pipelines
  • Build trusted partnerships with GTM leadership to understand business priorities, team structures, ideal candidate profiles, and required competencies across different functions
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Anthropic's mission, growth trajectory, and unique growth opportunity for GTM professionals
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes that effectively assess functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural alignment
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and maintain a high-quality hiring bar
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and strategies for building diverse, high-performing teams
