Anthropic is launching a global reseller program and seeks a Reseller Enablement Lead to build and run enablement programs, develop certification, training, and readiness programs, and work cross‑functionally to ensure reseller programs deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Skills

  • 7-10+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner programs, or product marketing
  • Channel and alliances experience with program ownership
  • Deep understanding of resell and channel ecosystems (deal registration, margin and rebate structures, partner tiering, cloud marketplace motions)
  • Experience building and scaling partner enablement or certification programs in high-growth tech environments
  • Operational and systems thinking for scaling across regions and languages
  • Strong presenter and facilitator skills
  • Executive presence and cross‑functional leadership
  • Ability to drive alignment across complex organizations

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Anthropic's reseller enablement strategy from launch to global rollout
  • Own delivery of training and messaging to reseller sellers and leaders
  • Build reseller curriculum and certification path covering commercial mechanics, product fundamentals, and responsible use
  • Design repeatable programs across onboarding, sales readiness, recertification, and product launches
  • Localise delivery in launch markets and expand to new regions via training networks
  • Translate technical concepts into clear content for sellers
  • Evolve enablement programs to reflect commercial and product changes
  • Use enablement as a governance lever to maintain partner selling behaviour
  • Enable sellers and partner managers to co‑sell with resellers
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align priorities and execution
  • Establish metrics and reporting for reseller certification and pipeline contribution
  • Build feedback loops to refine program design and GTM strategy
