Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate release planning across multiple teams and systems such as app, ERP, and CRM, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Drive quarterly planning, translating strategic goals into realistic and transparent delivery plans.
- Facilitate key agile forums while evolving and challenging existing ways of working.
- Work closely with Tech Leads, QA, product managers, designers, and architects to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
- Stay close to delivery, follow up on commitments, and set clear expectations, including towards QA and quality processes.
- Encourage feedback, learning, and reflection across teams, always with a pragmatic and business‑focused mindset.
