Requirements

Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an ML Engineer or AI Engineer, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems.
  • Expert proficiency in Python, including experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js for full‑stack application development.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with PostgreSQL for data modeling and management.
  • Demonstrable experience working with LangChain and integrating OpenAI models (e.g., GPT, DALL‑E) into applications.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust AI‑driven applications and features using Python, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Architect and optimize scalable data models and storage solutions with PostgreSQL to support complex AI workflows.
  • Lead the development of user‑facing interfaces and interactive experiences using Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend AI services.
  • Implement and fine‑tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI techniques for specific use cases, focusing on performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and testing within the AI development lifecycle to ensure high‑quality and reliable deployments.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth and knowledge sharing initiatives.
