Experiência

  • 5+ years in product management, product strategy, innovation, or digital transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI or data-driven products
  • Strong expertise in process mapping (e.g., BPMN, VSM, journey maps) and using them for product discovery
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into AI product opportunities
  • Experience in lean experimentation and early-stage product development
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLM tools, and responsible AI practices
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills

Responsabilidades

  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify where AI can create value in internal processes by improving efficiency, reducing cost, or unlocking new capabilities
  • AI Roadmapping: Prioritize opportunities and transform them into long-term AI solutions roadmap
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with ML, engineering, and design to scope, test, and iterate on AI products and features
  • Lead Backlog Creation: Draft user stories and refine them with tech team in order to create a clear backlog
  • Evaluation & Measurement: Define success metrics for pilots and track outcomes such as time saved, user satisfaction, or reduction in manual effort
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with broader business objectives
