- Act as primary bridge between local Airbnb team and Brazil Host Community
- Lead community growth, engagement and impact projects from planning to delivery
- Develop and execute local community programs and initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Community Leaders and Host Clubs
- Design initiatives and content strategies to drive host engagement
- Support global Community Engagement programming and adapt to local needs
- Organize and lead community events, online and in-person
- Influence regional prioritization and process improvement
