Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary bridge between the local Airbnb team and the Brazil Host Community, coordinating cross‑functional activities
  • Lead community growth, engagement and impact projects from planning to delivery
  • Develop and execute local Community Programs with clear communication and efficient resource usage
  • Recruit, onboard and manage new Community Leaders and launch Host Clubs
  • Grow Host representation in Host Clubs
  • Test new methods for connecting Hosts across Brazil
  • Design effective initiatives and content strategies to drive Host engagement
  • Serve as the primary POC and coach for local Community Leaders, advising and coaching them
  • Support global Community Engagement Programming and adapt for local language and needs
  • Educate Community Leaders on significant product changes and cascade feedback to stakeholders
  • Organize and lead effective Community events, both online and in person
  • Support development, execution and scale of in‑market pilots to better support Hosts
  • Develop resources, communications and training materials for cross‑functional partners
  • Work with regional stakeholders to leverage the Host Community and test new opportunities
  • Influence regional prioritization, process improvement and program feedback
  • Develop deep knowledge of local markets and become the go‑to source for community insights
  • Act as a go‑to for the Community team regarding local insights and feedback
