Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer role at a next-generation studio and streaming platform that connects AI‑powered creators with distribution channels. The company focuses on building programmed content channels similar to Roku or Pluto TV, leveraging AI and data analytics to deliver and monetize content. The position is fully remote for LATAM‑based candidates, with a full‑time schedule (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST). Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications, driving architectural decisions, building server‑side components and React UIs, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and content teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 6+ years of full-stack web application development experience with a proven track record of shipping products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable web applications (Creator Portal, web streaming platform, connected-TV apps).
  • Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for a modern, evolving tech stack.
  • Build both server-side components and modern React UIs, ensuring maintainability and performance.
  • Contribute hands‑on code while mentoring mid-level engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Work closely with product and content teams in an Agile environment, delivering value in fast, iterative cycles.
  • Apply knowledge of the media domain (media files, transcoding, online playback) to deliver performant and reliable solutions (preferred but not required).
  • Explore opportunities to expand into connected TV development (WebOS, Tizen, Android TV, BrightScript)—a huge plus if you bring prior experience here.
