- Experience implementing or operating an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent)
- Sharp eye for billing errors, including CAM discrepancies and invoice errors with lease language backing
- Familiarity with ASC 842 to support accounting and maintain defensible subledger
- AP process fluency—understanding payments, POs, and GL coding
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving, technical environment
- Prior work in a SOX‑compliant environment with documented lease controls
- 10+ years lease administration experience across data center/colo, equipment, or multi‑category real estate portfolios
- Direct experience with data center or colo lease operations
- Workday Financials / Workday Lease experience
- Experience with AI tools for automation and reporting (preferably Claude)
- Experience in a high‑growth tech company where portfolio grew faster than process
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU cluster leasing and terms
Responsibilities
- Lease abstraction and system data hygiene—ingest new leases and amendments into LMS with clean, complete data; maintain record of truth across portfolio categories
- Critical‑date tracking and routing—monitor renewal windows, option deadlines, notice periods, and flag decisions to stakeholders
- Landlord billing audits—review invoices against lease terms, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges across co‑location and real estate portfolio
- Rent payment processing and AP coding—ensure payments processed accurately, maintain correct GL coding
- Landlord billing ops and payment escalations—manage workflows and raise commercial disputes to appropriate relationship owners
- Lease system data stewardship and Workday integration—keep LMS in sync with Workday/ERP
- Support accounting team’s close cycle with clean subledger data and timely inputs
